Manufactured in cast iron, ductile iron, and carbon steel, both threaded and flanged, they include:

• Check valves, including swing, ball, lift, dual plate, disc, intermediate, and foot valves, allow fluids to flow in only one direction, preventing backflow.
• Strainers, effective in blocking impurities in pipelines. They can be Y-type, when installed in-line, or foot-type when installed on suction lines, and are usually paired with a vertical check valve.
• Gate valves, with flat or oval bodies, rubber wedge or metal seat, suitable for fluid shut-off, offering very low pressure losses.
• Butterfly valves, with cast iron and/or stainless steel discs, available in Wafer type (eyelets with through holes) or LUG type (eyelets with threaded holes).
• Shut-off valves, with straight-through flow, sealed with gland packing or bellows.
